The Bespoke Experience
Consultation & Design
In our consultation and design phase, I will educate you on every aspect of the Bespoke process, allowing you to find and develop exactly what you want. Regardless of the stone or material, a selection will be curated just for you with elements handpicked based on your interests and needs. Upon review of the elements, we will begin the process together; working closely, on your schedule, to develop the perfect piece. Once finalized, I will generate a 3-D CAD and review every detail with you personally before starting work with my local artisans to execute the design.
Precision Craft
Once we have perfected your design and agreed upon the details within the 3-D CAD, I will work closely with my team of local artisans here in New York to execute your piece to the highest standards of hand-made luxury jewelry. All elements and stones, selected by you, will be utilized and treated with the utmost of care. My team and I will develop and review all prototypes, ensuring exact precision to the initial design. Once approved by myself, we will move on to executing the piece in the true materials. This is truly one of my favorite parts of the process as it is the moment your idea comes to life.
The Concierge Touch
Once your project is completed and all finishing touches and polishes have been applied, I will notify you and hand-deliver the piece to you directly. Your jewelry will arrive wrapped or packaged to your specifications and will be accompanied with all necessary documentation required for insurance and aftercare. I want you to know that once you are a member of the Lusso family, there will always be an open line of communication available to you. Day or night, I am here for you to answer any questions you have about your jewelry… We are family after all.
